I WOULD SAY ITS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE WITH BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE IN THE RESIDENCE.

The buildings, which are covered in attractive cedar shingles, have ample parking and are located in a forest of long-leaf pines. I have never been disturbed by loud music or by kids playing outside. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. The apartments are well constructed and don't leak like some of the newer complexes in the area. The floorplans make very good use of space, and I end up having more room for things than I did in a complex with larger apartments. Overall, my life is peaceful here, and I haven't had any problems with crime or being bothered by neighbors. The rent is very reasonable compared to other area complexes. I've lived here for three years without any problems.

Knollwood is like any other place to live. There are peacefull times, and then there are noisy times. Dwellers that live upstairs can be noisy at times. All in all. Not a bad place to live. You are conviently located to stores and areas to play. Crime is crime, it happens.

The groundsmen keep the landscape of Knollwood beautiful. However, there is a HUGE problem with little bugs everywhere, and the apartment needs a lot of updating. All of the appliances work, but they have been here before my birth (over 20 years ago). The office women are very nice. When you have a problem, it will usually get fixed right away.

It's a nice area.
